  I took my kiddo to Dairy Queen last night. I have never had such awful service from a manager. I arrived and it took forever to get them to take my order, not because they were busy but because they were chatting with each other. I asked for gravy on one of my orders and ranch in the other. I did not get it in my box. When I went back in to fix the order, I waited for 5 minutes while they talked about sharing ice cream with each other. They saw that I was standing there and didn't do anything to help me. Finally I asked what I needed to do to get service and the manager, Becky, said that I had to wait. There was no one in there and all I needed was gravy. The guy got it right away for me and I told her 'what great service from a manager.' She responded with 'Whatever you fat #$%^@'. Wow! I've had really good service with others at DQ but this girl was infuriating. Maybe you need to find another manager on-duty that has good customer service. She really ruined the experience for us.
